How not to Design a mall.

Delhi is no stranger to shopping malls, with over a hundred of them in and around the city. DLF, an iconic Indian builder, approached us with the challenge of designing a new kind of mall—one that would be more of a cultural space than just a shopping destination. We created an unconventional and extensive identity system that covered everything from environmental design, ambient media, social content, signage systems and tons more.

Best part about DLF Avenue’s communication strategy was not to make any ads. We made posters, event calenders, stories, stories, stories. But no ads.
